We obtain your consent verbally or through your own inbound message at the time you contact us; we do not collect mobile numbers for marketing and we do not send promotional texts.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information sharing with subcontractors in support services, such as our SMS provider (Twilio) solely to deliver these messages, is permitted. Connected Social Media Accounts
Smart Growth Services operates Smart Growth Platform, business software at https://crm.smartgrowth.live/ that a business uses to manage its own customer relationships. Where a business chooses to connect a social media account — such as a Facebook Page, Instagram, TikTok, or Nextdoor account — it authorizes that connection through the platform’s own sign-in. We never ask for, receive, or store your social media password.
We use that access only to:
- list the accounts or pages available, so the business can choose one;
- receive messages sent to the business, so they appear in the business’s inbox alongside its other channels;
- send replies the business writes;
- publish posts and videos the business creates and schedules;
- receive lead form submissions, where the business runs lead ads, so those become contacts.
We do not use social media data for advertising, we do not build profiles of individuals across businesses, and we do not sell it. We do not access anything outside the accounts a business has explicitly connected. Access tokens issued by a connected platform are encrypted at rest and are never sent to a web browser.
Data Deletion Requests
You can request deletion of the data associated with your connected social media account at any time. Disconnecting the account inside Smart Growth Platform deletes the stored credentials for it immediately. You may also use the deletion option in that platform’s own settings, or email us at privacy@smartgrowth.services to request deletion of a connected account’s data or of an entire business account. We will confirm to you when the request has been completed.
Cookies
The Site may use cookies and similar technologies to remember your preferences and understand how the Site is used. You can usually adjust your browser settings to refuse cookies, though some features of the Site may not function properly as a result.
